Terms of service of Center for Investigation & Forensic Polygraph

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the investigations, background check or screening and for interviews, it is required a payment in full to provide the services. As far as the polygraph exams or lie detection or lie detector test, a deposit of $150.00 (per test) is required to reserve to the day and the time of the examination and the balance to be paid the day of the examination, before the service is rendered.
We accept major Visa/Master credit cards or Debit cards with Visa/Master Logo.

In case of cancellation you will be able to receive a complete reimbursement of the deposit ONLY and as long as you provide written cancellation to the examiner in the term of 48 hours previous to the examination (holidays or weekends not included). Once the order for a background check is submitted it will not be refundable.

We provided a discount to an individual or organization in the case if few polygraphs tests are reserved for a same day. The discount is based on the price list and number of examinations.
